“THANK YOU for organising a really great event . It was well-organised, well marshalled , a lovely course and had all the right facilities with “no frills” – I said “thank you” to as many marshals/other volunteers along the course and at the finish – really appreciated it. Look forward to next year!” said JOHN Finch.

“For an established event, let alone an inaugural one, it was the bees knees. Sure they’ll be a few tweaks (minor) but the bar has been set very high. The passion and dedication both Andy and Sarah have in organising shines through and makes for a really friendly and enjoyable event. The course is great, who knew Bedford was so picturesque? (I should know better living in MK) this is a must for anyone’s marathon training diary or just for those who fancy running 20 miles for the fun of it!” said Wesley Auvache

Feedback from the runners regarding the course, the support from the marshals and the organisation of the event was very good. As with all new events, there were a few minor teething problems, but these will be easily rectified next year.
